The Corporate Secretary serves as an information gateway for stakeholders and a driver of corporate governance, with duties that include facilitating the convening of the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS), Public Expose, as well as meetings of the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors in accordance with the Articles of Association, including preparing reports and meeting materials; monitoring and reviewing developments in capital market regulations and reporting any corporate actions to the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX); providing accurate information services to the public; and ensuring that the Company and its subsidiaries comply with applicable capital market laws and regulations.
