Indonesian citizen, born in Bogor in 1971.

Work Experience

He has served as the President Director of the Company since 2024. He currently also serves as President Director of PT Cakrawala Andalas Televisi (ANTV) since 2023, President Director of PT One Media Digital since 2022, and Director of PT Bakrie Global Ventura since 2012.He previously served as President Director of PT Lativi Mediakarya (tvOne) from 2017 to 2023, Executive Vice President of PT Bakrie Telecom Tbk from 2006 to 2012, Vice President of Capital Managers Asia Pte Ltd Singapore from 2004 to 2006, and held various managerial positions in the Loan Work Out & Collections Division of the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA) from 2000 to 2002 and at PT Bank Finconesia from 1996 to 2000.

Education

He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics, Padjadjaran University, Bandung, in 1995.

Raden Mas Harlin Erlianto Rahardjo

WORK EXPERIENCE

He has served as Director of the Company since 2013. He currently also serves as President Director of PT Transcoal Pacific since 2009 and President Commissioner of PT Renjani Maritim Transportasi since 2008.He previously served as Director of PT Visi Media Asia Tbk from 2011 to 2014 and as Operational Director of PT Cakrawala Andalas Televisi from 2002 to 2006.

EDUCATION

He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) in 1995 and a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Columbia University, New York, USA, in 1997.

Yufli Gunawan

An Indonesian citizen, born in Jakarta in 1975.

WORK EXPERIENCE

He has served as Director of the Company since 2025. He currently also serves as Director of PT Cakrawala Andalas Televisi since 2023. He previously served as President Director of PT Fajar Bumi Sakti from 2006 to 2013 , VP of Risk Management at CMA from 200 to 2006, Auditor at Public Accounting Firm Hadi Sutanto & Partners (PwC) from 1999 to 2001 , and Head of Internal Audit at PT Visi Media Asia Tbk from 2016 to 2023.

EDUCATION

He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia, in 1999.
