Anindra Ardiansyah Bakrie

WORK EXPERIENCE

He has served as the President Commissioner of the Company since 2025. He currently also serves as Commissioner of PT Bakrie Global Ventura since 2022, President Commissioner of PT Lativi Mediakarya since 2019, Deputy President Director of PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk since 2018, and President Commissioner of PT Cakrawala Andalas Televisi since 2017. He previously served as President Commissioner of PT Viva Media Baru from 2017 to 2021, Vice President Director of PT Visi Media Asia Tbk from 2017 to 2025, President Director of PT Bakrie Global Ventura from 2012 to 2022, President Director of PT Lativi Mediakarya from 2012 to 2017, and Commissioner of PT Asia Global Media from 2009 to 2012.

EDUCATION

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University, Washington D.C., United States in 2001, and an M.B.A. in Finance from Bentley University, McCallum Graduate School of Business, United States in 2005.

Raden Mas Djoko Setiotomo

INDEPENDENT COMMISSIONER

An Indonesian citizen, born in Jakarta in 1952.

WORK EXPERIENCE

He has served as Independent Commissioner of the Company since 2025. He previously served as Independent Commissioner of PT Visi Media Asia Tbk from 2024 to 2025, Independent Commissioner of PT Intermedia Capital Tbk from 2019 to 2024, and Independent Commissioner of PT Visi Media Asia Tbk from 2011 to 2019. He also held several executive positions, including Chief Operating Officer of PT Usaha Media Tama from 1997 to 2002 and Director of PT Mataram Citra Binangun from 1990 to 1996. Earlier in his career, he worked at Schlumberger (1982–1989), where he held several key roles such as Manager of Schlumberger Overseas SE, Data Processing Supervisor of Schlumberger EUR London, and South East Asia Computing Center Manager at the Schlumberger Technical Center in Singapore.

EDUCATION

He earned a degree in Informatics from Technische Universität Berlin, Germany, in 1976.

C. F. Carmelita Hardikusumo

INDEPENDENT COMMISSIONER

Indonesian citizen born in Surabaya in 1964.

WORK EXPERIENCE

She has served as Independent Commissioner of the Company since 2017. She is also currently serving as Director of PT Adhiraksha since 1995, President Director of PT Andhini Nugraha, President Director of PT Andhika Lines since 2005, and Commissioner of PT Andhika GAC since 2005. She previously served as Commissioner of PT Andhini Nugraha (1997–1998), Commissioner of PT Andhika Lines (1995–1997), and Director of PT Andhika Lines (1997–2005). She is also active in several professional organizations, including the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) and the Central Board of the Indonesian National Shipowners’ Association (INSA). She has held several key positions, including Treasurer of KADIN since 2013 and Vice Chairman for Transportation at KADIN from 2015 to 2020. She also served as Chairperson of DPP INSA for two consecutive terms (2011–2015 and 2015–2019), and was the first woman to hold this position.

She earned an MBA in Finance from Webster University, United States, in 1994.

Arief Yahya

COMMISSIONER

Indonesian citizen, born in Banyuwangi in 1961.

WORK EXPERIENCE

He has served as Commissioner of the Company since 2024. He currently also serves as President Director of PT Visi Media Asia Tbk since 2025. He previously served as Minister of Tourism of the Republic of Indonesia from 2014 to 2019, President Director of the Company from 2020 to 2024, President Commissioner of PT Viva Media Baru from 2021 to 2022, President Director of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk from 2012 to 2014, and Director of Enterprise and Wholesale at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk from 2005 to 2012.

EDUCATION

He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) in 1986, a Master of Science in Telematics Software & Telecommunications from the University of Surrey, United Kingdom, and a Doctorate in Business Management from Padjadjaran University, Bandung, in 2014.
